Important Changes to iPILOT
iPILOT KNOWLEDGE Base & EMbedded Help
Big changes are coming to the iPILOT Knowledge Base and embedded help experience! We will be moving from our current provider, Document360, to a new solution to provide you with help content.

What's Changing
More content, better organized
The new guide offers expanded documentation tailored specifically to your role and audience.
No separate login required
You no longer need a separate Document360 account or credentials to access the knowledge base. Simply log in to iPILOT as you normally would — your guide is already there.
Exclusive guide
If you previously bookmarked a direct link to the Document360 knowledge base, that link will no longer work. Going forward, the knowledge base is embedded in iPILOT and is accessed from there.
Shareable links are no longer available
Because the guide is now surfaced through iPILOT’s access controls, you will not be able to copy and send links to your resellers or customers. Each audience — partners, resellers, and customers — has their own tailored version of the guide, and each must access it through their own iPILOT login. This ensures everyone sees the content that is relevant and appropriate for them.
Opening the full guide
At the bottom of the embedded help window in iPILOT, click Read More to open the full documentation website in your browser. Use this when you need deeper detail or want to navigate the complete guide.

Audience selector
See what your customers see. Use the Audience drop-down to switch between content sets. For example, if you are helping a customer troubleshoot an issue, you can scope the guide to the customer view to see exactly what they see. This makes support conversations faster and more accurate.

Display mode
The embedded help now includes a display mode selector. Choose Dark or Light mode based on your preference, or select Auto to have it follow your browser's current theme settings automatically.
