Kick-off and Planning
NUWAVE Responsibilities
- Validate Partner program documents
- Setup Partner Center
- Share Getting Started Checklist
- Share project plan for onboarding and enablement
- Schedule regular cadence calls
- Review and discuss PEP Launch Kit
Partner Responsibility
- Provide iPILOT creation form
- Log in to the Partner Center and access Launch Kit
- Define route to market and launch goals
- Identify and assign project team roles
- Agree on milestones and timelines for onboarding and launch
- Participate in regular cadence calls to progress onboarding
Training and Enablement
NUWAVE Responsibilities
- Provide training access and requirements
- Provide live training walkthroughs
- Perform iPILOT platform/account validations
Partner Responsibility
- Provide all necessary staff information for training and KB access
- Complete all learning requirements
- Provide required product certifications
Sales and Marketing
NUWAVE Responsibilities
- Review branding guidelines
- Share Battlecards, Pitch decks and Presentations
- Provide Sales demo walkthrough
- GTM planning support/assist
Partner Responsibility
- Utilize applicable resources and material from the partner center
- Create a demo and presentation plan
- Define Sales plan and expectations to be delivered to all teams
GTM Launch

- Review launch plan
- Co-branded launch support
Partner Responsibility
- Create and schedule campaigns
- Create website splash page
