  • Do they have existing Zoom Licensing?
  • What Zoom Licensing do they have in place today?
  • Are all the users requiring voice already homed in Zoom?
  • Do they have Zoom certified devices?
  • Are there common area phones that need to be part of the solution?
  • Are there meeting rooms that need to be part of the solution?
  • Are there any additional services required beyond voice? (i.e., analog device integration, attendant console for front desk, contact center services, SMS services, etc.)
